Not obsessed with your hoodie? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund or an exchange.

How to return

Email support@sailorzips.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Exchanges

Wrong size? We are happy to swap it. Email us and we will sort it out.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping Protection and the Replacement Warranty are non refundable once your order has shipped.
